You’re probably wondering what happens next.

To ease any concerns you may have, here’s what you can expect from us over the coming weeks:

• We can only process a fully completed application, so make sure all sections are properly filled in and all relevant documents are attached.
• We will provide feedback to your application as soon as possible.
• If your application is successful you’ll be asked to take part in either a telephone or a personal screening. We’ll let you know which nearer the time.
• After the screening, suitable candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview in Düsseldorf with an HR representative, your future line manager and perhaps one of your future colleagues. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by E.ON Energy Trading.
• The interviews are designed to explore your technical skill set as well as your behavioural competencies. Of course we’ll also take time to tell you all about our exciting working environment, company culture and career opportunities. This is a good time for you to ask any questions you might have.
• In addition to the structured interview, we may want to conduct a role-play exercise, case study or a numerical test.
