During the program you will experience four different placements. Three placements will be in various departments, planned individually, within E.ON Energy Trading in Düsseldorf. One placement will be in another E.ON Unit, preferably abroad.

The program offers three trainings in the field of Energy, Trading and Soft Skill Knowledge. Furthermore you will achieve the Trader Certificate at the European Stock Exchange.

Your personal mentor will support your placement planning, discuss individual questions regarding your career and finally advise you with choosing the right placement after the program within E.ON finishes.

The different placements, various trainings and cooperation with several departments and units within E.ON will help to built up your E.ON network. Use your network for planning your individual placements and knowledge exchange.
