During the course of your program, you’ll be given four placements throughout the company. Three placements will be in various departments within E.ON Energy Trading in Düsseldorf.  The fourth placement will be with another business in the E.ON Group, ideally outside of Germany.

The program offers training in three core areas: energy, trading and soft skill knowledge. Successful graduates will also qualify for the European Stock Exchange’s Trader Certificate.

Your personal mentor will support your placement planning, discuss individual questions regarding your career help you to choose the right placement after the program within E.ON finishes.

Through your different placements, training sessions and interaction with various departments and business units within E.ON, you’ll be able to build up an expansive network of contacts. Networks are essential for sharing knowledge and in helping you to plan your career path.
