We’re currently looking for trainees for our Trading Qualification Program (m/f).

Responsibilities

  • Placements in various parts of our Front Office (e.g. forward trading, spot trading,  stock exchange trading) and various parts of our Middle and CFO Offices (e. g. portfolio management, risk controlling), plus one additional placement in another  E.ON business unit (abroad, if applicable); 
  • Take advantage of rotating placements to build a strong network of contacts;
  • Qualification for the European Energy Exchange’s (EEX) Trading Certificate;
  • Participation in energy, trading and soft skill training programs;
  • Program target is to prepare you for a full-time position at E.ON.

Qualifications

  • Completed a university degree within the standard study period, achieving excellent grades in one of the following quantitative major areas of study: engineering, industrial engineering, energy industry, maths, physics, or similar;
  • Ideally you’ve already completed subject-related internships;
  • Experience of living abroad desirable;
  • Fluency in English; German or other languages desirable;
  • A high level of flexibility, strong communication skills, motivation, structured working method and initiative.
